What do I do if I need an urgent appointment?
If you need an URGENT appointment, complete an online contact form using the link above, your NHS app or please contact you local surgery where the reception team will be able to support you.
In the case of urgent appointments you will be offered an appointment with the first available Doctor in your practice, sometimes it maybe necessary to ask you to book another appointment, so that your problems can be addressed appropriately and safely.

Routine Appointments
To request a routine appointment with a member of our clinical team:

- Call your local Surgery
- Visit your local surgery and speak with a receptionist
We will endeavour to offer you an appointment with your doctor of choice.
Cancel or Change my Appointment
To cancel or change your appointment please give us as much notice as possible so we can offer your appointment to someone else. You can do this by
Home Visits
If you require a visit please phone before 10am and give the name, address, current location and telephone number of the patient.
The receptionist will ask what the reason for the visit is and whether you can attend the health centre.
Please do not be offended by this as it is purely to enable the receptionist to pass on the correct details to the clinician.
The clinician may phone you back before visiting to assess whether a visit is required.
The clinician may ask you to attend the health centre or may offer a telephone consultation.
Home visits are reserved for patients who are housebound or too ill to come to the health centre.
What to do if you need help and we are closed?
If you need medical help now, use NHS 111 online or call 111.
NHS 111 online is for people aged 5 and over. Call 111 if you need help for a child under 5.
Call 999 in a medical or mental health emergency. This is when someone is seriously ill or injured and their life is at risk.
What to do if you need help with your appointment?
Please tell us:
- if there’s a specific doctor, nurse or other health professional you would prefer to respond. Please note this may not be able to be actioned where possible we will try accommodate.
- if you would prefer to consult with the doctor or nurse by phone or face-to-face
- if you need an interpreter
- if you have any other access or communication needs
